10/10 recommend choosing Alliance for your training and testing. All the instructors were absolutely AMAZING! Really did such a great job with presentation and explaining material for all experience levels. And continually checked in with the group to make sure everyone was receiving the best possible experience and understanding. All the classes were excellent, highly informative and kept with great attitudes and humor to keep you engaged! For armed courses the instructors really took their time with the group and ensured we all were feeling comfortable and safe before ever approaching the range. Safety was obviously key to them and I truly appreciated that! I will most definitely be using Alliance again in the future for my renewal courses! Big thank you to Angel, Bo and Warren for making these classes a great experience all around!

The training I’ve received from Mr. Angel was phenomenal! He was able to keep the class attention the entire class all while sneaking in a joke or two. Angel Rodriguez was an awesome instructor. He is entertaining but takes the course very seriously. I appreciated that he held a high level of integrity but wanted to make things fun as opposed to making it grueling and boring. He shares lots of must know information. He also makes sure you get basic principles of using a pistol for defense. Over all it was a great place to take the armed guards course and I highly recommend Alliance Training.

If you are looking for the required class to get licensed for a security guard in Tennessee, look no further. I was in a scramble to get licensed after accepting a job offer for a loss prevention position, and all it took was a call to Angel Rodriguez (The owner) to get set up with a class within the week.

Originally, he was even going out of his way for just me for a class on a Saturday morning since I was the only one, which is amazing. Fortunately, two more joined in last minute, so I didn't feel so bad.

The class was taught by Angel himself, and I can't say enough about it. He's not just another "read off the powerpoint word-for-word" kind of person. He's engaging, informative and very personable, and he's the kind of person who will willingly go out of his way to help, even after you take the course. It's hard to find people who conduct business like him nowadays, and I'm very glad I chose Alliance. I would recommend their business to anyone, I have zero complaints -- and if I decide to pursue my armed license, you had better believe I'm coming back to Alliance to do it. A true 10/10 company in a day and age where customer service is often neglected.

I attended the Alliance Training unarmed security class based on the recommendation of my brother and the user friendly interface of the website. It was very easy to get signed up and I had email confirmation immediately. I am new to the security industry and from what I had experienced most people were macho and quick to scold the inexperienced with horror stories of what could go wrong. Angel and his class were the exact opposite of that, he was friendly, accommodating and professional. He even remembered my brother by name even though it had been over 6 months since my brothers class! We look forward to taking his armed security class together in the future.

Excellent straight forward class for armed and unarmed security guard training. There seems to be a million steps to getting a Security Guard Card in Tennessee and every step is covered in detail eliminating guess work. This class was fun and upbeat but at the same time the laws and liabilities of working in the Security Guard field were stressed and driven home. The owner of the Company Angel Rodriguez even took the time to email back immediately when I had a question about the application.
